Joining BTAA gives you a voice in shaping the national response to brain cancer. As a member, you help set advocacy priorities, influence policy, and connect with others affected by brain cancer across Australia. Membership is open to patients, carers, families, health professionals, and organisations who share our mission. 

By joining, you become part of a united community driving change, ensuring that lived experience is heard in decisions that affect care, research, and support services for people living with brain tumours, their families and carers. Your membership helps strengthen BTAA’s impact as the national peak advocacy body for brain cancer. 

  • Connection and support: Access to peer networks, support groups and events, including opportunities to share experiences and learn from others facing similar challenges. 
  • Influence and advocacy: A voice in national advocacy efforts to improve care, services, and outcomes, including opportunities to contribute to campaigns, events, consultations, and policy initiatives. 
  • Meaningful engagement: Volunteer opportunities to support the community and BTAA’s mission, and involvement in events and awareness campaigns. 
  • Information and resources: Key information and support resources, and ongoing exclusive updates from BTAA, including news, research highlights, and magazine content.
