Adelaide 2026 Patient Education and Information Forum. An update.

The Brain Tumour Alliance Australia Patient Education and Information Forum was held in Adelaide on 25 August 2026 during the COGNO 18th Annual Scientific Meeting.

It was wonderful to bring together people affected by brain tumours, carers, families, health professionals, researchers and members of the broader brain tumour community for a day of learning, connection and shared experience.

Across the day, our speakers explored important topics including survivorship and quality of life, the experiences and needs of carers, developments in brain tumour research, and practical strategies for managing changes to cognition. We are very grateful to every speaker and panellist who generously shared their expertise, knowledge and personal experiences.
