BTAA announces new research into the staggering economic burden of Brain Cancer on society, detailing the burden of disease and outlining key initiatives in research and support that can make a difference. The societal financial cost is estimated to be $3.2 billion by 2050 alone. Brain Cancer devastates lives, but change is possible.
The BTAA is joined by key Australian brain cancer organisations in the Australian Brain Tumour Collaborative, Cure Brain Cancer Foundation, Peace of Mind Foundation, Robert Connor Dawes, Mark Hughes Foundation, Psycho Cooperative Research Group (PoCoG), Cooperative Trials Group for Neuro Oncology (COGNO), The Brain Cancer Centre and The Brain Cancer Group (TBCG).
